Insight-Oriented Therapy

Welcome.  I am a licensed clinical psychologist in North Oakland, California who works with adults, children, and adolescents who are encountering emotional hurdles in their lives that keep them from reaching their potential and feeling happy. 

I have helped many individuals and families from a wide variety of ethnicities and backgrounds overcome obstacles to satisfaction in their work, relationships, and emotional lives.

You may feel stuck without knowing why, or you may be curious about yourself and wanting to explore some untapped potential within you.

If you are thinking about therapy for your child, you may feel like you're not sure where to turn for help, and may be worried or concerned about what's going on with them.
